We need a Customer Support Specialist to help our customers. You'll answer questions, solve problems, and make sure our customers are happy with our service.

What You'll Do

  • Answer customer questions by email, chat, and tickets
  • Fix problems with our SMM services and platform
  • Keep good records of customer conversations
  • Find common problems and help make our product better
  • Create help guides and FAQs for customers
  • Join team meetings and help make our support better

What You Need

  • 1+ years helping customers, ideally in tech
  • Good English writing and speaking (other languages are a plus)
  • Ability to solve problems and fix technical issues
  • Knowledge of social media and marketing basics
  • Experience with help desk tools (Zendesk, Intercom, etc.)
  • Can work on your own without much supervision
  • Love helping people succeed

Social Media Automation Developer

About the Job

We need a Developer who knows social media automation and Python. You'll build and maintain our systems that connect with social media platforms and make our services run smoothly.

What You'll Do

  • Build automation systems for social media using Python
  • Connect with social media APIs (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.)
  • Create better ways to deliver our social media services
  • Set up systems to track performance and find problems
  • Work with product and support teams to fix technical issues
  • Keep up with social media platform changes
  • Write clean, well-documented code

What You Need

  • 3+ years coding with Python
  • Experience with social media APIs and automation
  • Knowledge of APIs, HTTP, and web scraping
  • Experience with async programming and task queues
  • Familiar with databases (SQL and NoSQL)
  • Knowledge of Docker and cloud services
  • Understanding of security and privacy best practices
  • Good problem-solving skills

Bonus Skills

  • Experience with Django, Flask, or FastAPI
  • Knowledge of machine learning
  • Open-source contributions
